Description

You will lead planning, coordination, and oversight of all construction phases for a battery manufacturing facility in Reno, NV.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for ground-up or retrofit industrial projects.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, architects, and contractors to handle design modifications and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise multidisciplinary construction teams and trade contractors to ensure adherence to specifications and safety guidelines.
• Enforce strict protocols for handling highly sensitive tools and equipment within clean room environments.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships through regular progress updates and proactive problem-solving.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale industrial or manufacturing construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and process systems.
• Experience with clean room protocols and the integration of sensitive equipment.
• Proven ability to manage trade contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.
• Willingness to spend a high percentage of time in the field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent professional experience.
