Description

You will manage HVAC and plumbing system design and construction projects from schematic design through construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review biddable construction drawings and technical specifications for HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, contractors, and owners to ensure project alignment.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Serve as primary client contact, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
• Review contractor submittals, RFIs, change orders, and field conditions during construction.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in HVAC and plumbing system design with project management responsibility.
• Proven experience producing construction-ready, biddable mechanical drawings and documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Experience working across multiple project types (commercial, healthcare, education, residential, mixed-use).
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
