Description

You will lead capacity additions, line installations, and mechanical debugging within the Engineering Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering projects for capacity installations and equipment debug.
• Identify technical problems through root cause analysis and implement industrialized solutions during line installs.
• Improve equipment and manufacturing process performance using mechanical engineering, machining, and design knowledge.
• Support the development and execution of project plans to deliver mechanical support for multi-line installations.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issues regarding scope, timing, and cost.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in new equipment installations within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong technical fundamentals in mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project expansions and new equipment installations.
• Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
• Ability to prioritize work independently in a changing environment.
• Strong communication skills for working across functional groups.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with equipment start-ups.
