Description

You will troubleshoot, repair, and improve mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of pumps, motors, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Design and implement mechanical solutions to enhance equipment capability.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for repairs.
• Provide guidance and training to operators and the engineering team.
• Participate in daily scrap and cost reduction activities.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience completing equipment installations in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, gear systems, and conveyors.
• Ability to solve mechanical and process issues using data analysis.
• Proficiency in maintaining safe work practices and reporting hazardous conditions.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with equipment installation and calibration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA, Welding, Millwright, or HVAC.
