Description

You will support engineering projects focused on capacity additions, line installations, and mechanical debugging.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in manufacturing engineering projects for capacity installations and equipment debugging.
• Design and implement mechanical solutions and process changes to improve manufacturing equipment capability.
• Manage activities to meet project milestones and timeline objectives for successful capacity additions.
• Solve mechanical and process issues through data analysis and collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Manage spare part identification, storeroom entry, and engineering documentation updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in new equipment installations within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical fundamentals with mechanical engineering skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to learn new technology and processes quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work independently in a project install environment.
• Ability to work and effectively collaborate within a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CAD.
• Project leadership or management experience including milestone management.
• Experience with vendor and supplier management.
