Description

Lead verification and validation strategy for complex hardware and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute V&V activities using manual and automated test methods.
• Develop test plans, define test setups, and coordinate internal and external test personnel.
• Drive verification tasks including HALT, ESV, sampling strategies, and non-functional requirement testing.
• Document design defects, perform defect analysis, and interface with cross-functional teams to drive closures.
• Manage traceability from requirements to verification while ensuring compliance with Engineering Quality Procedures and regulatory needs.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a Verification Lead at the system level for products integrating hardware and software.
• Proficiency in manual, automated, standards, and compliance testing methodologies.
• Experience planning and coordinating V&V activities for New Product Development programs at a sub-system level.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Ability to manage defect reporting, summary reports, and traceability documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading verification for large, complex programs with stringent regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and automation implementation.
• Knowledge of quality system requirements for Design Verification.
