Own the spare parts solutions, repair methods, and standard times for technical repairs across component, system, and vehicle levels. Ensure technical solutions meet safety and quality objectives while synchronizing with stakeholders across the product value chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop, adapt, and document repair methods, standard times, and special tools for technical repairs.
• Lead internal technical reviews to assure coherence in spare parts and repair methodologies.
• Verify, validate, and quality assure technical solutions prior to system introduction.
• Collaborate with Product Development Engineering to share market learnings and enhance vehicle uptime.
• Apply machine learning and business intelligence to drive efficiency in dealer workshop autonomy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mechatronics or embedded systems engineering.
• Proficiency in Embedded systems development.
• Strong Data Analytics skills to support business decision-making.
• Programming experience in Python, Java, or C++ for automation solutions.
• Ability to take ownership of parts assortment and repair methods throughout the product lifecycle.
• Self-sufficient engineer capable of planning and working independently.
• Experience with business intelligence tools to improve maintenance effectiveness.
