Description

You will lead requirements gathering and process documentation for Medicaid System Modernization projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to elicit and document business requirements.
• Develop comprehensive use cases and formal business process documentation.
• Extract business rules and requirements by interviewing stakeholders and analyzing federal/state regulations.
• Analyze system integration points and data interfaces within Medicaid environments.
• Model business processes using graphical modeling tools.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience working within the Medicaid domain.
• 4 to 6 years of experience conducting JAD sessions and requirement documentation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience with system integration and data interfaces.
• Expertise in gathering requirements from federal and state rules and regulations.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and formal documentation best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with staff at all levels.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Medicaid Provider Enrollment Systems.
• Project Management or Scrum certification.
• Experience using Microsoft TFS and MS Office tools.
