Description

You will support multiple projects related to Medicaid System Modernization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to gather and document requirements.
• Develop well-written use cases and document business rules, processes, and requirements.
• Interview business users and stakeholders to extract information from documents, federal, and state rules or regulations.
• Manage system integration and data interface requirements.
• Apply formal business process documentation and modeling best practices.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience working within the Medicaid domain.
• 4 to 6 years of experience conducting JAD sessions and requirements documentation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience working on system integration and data interfaces.
• 3 to 5 years of experience on Medicaid-specific projects.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and graphical process modeling tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with staff at all levels.
• Experience with Microsoft TFS and MS Office Tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Medicaid Provider Enrollment Systems.
• Project Management (PM) experience or Scrum certification.
