You will manage project activities related to the Electronic Health Record Incentive Program and provider attestation.
Responsibilities
Communicate daily with Eligible Professionals, Surrogates, and Federal Program Administrators to ensure effective Program Registration and Meaningful Use Attestation.
Coordinate responses to federal audits by providing supporting data regarding Meaningful Use and Program Eligibility.
Develop revenue projections based on provider registration, participation rates, and Meaningful Use achievement.
Maintain an electronic information system to capture provider program participation and Meaningful Use data.
Produce weekly and monthly project management reports detailing accomplishments, issues, task progression, and resource impacts for executive-level review.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and work breakdown structures.
Organize and lead meetings with project staff, management, and internal or external stakeholders.
Required Skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in good standing.
10 years of experience in Government, Legislative, or Health Industry projects.
10 years of experience using Microsoft Project to track and maintain projects.
10 years of experience developing detailed project plans and work breakdown structures.
10 years of experience leading project teams to meet specific objectives.
2 years of experience with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Electronic Health Record Incentive Program.
2 years of experience with Enrollment and Meaningful Use Attestation of Eligible Providers.
2 years of experience managing federal audits related to the Electronic Health Record Incentive Program.
Proficiency with Medicare and Microsoft Office applications.
