Description

You will manage project activities for the Electronic Health Record Incentive Program and provider attestation.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with Eligible Professionals, Surrogates, and Federal Program Administrators to ensure effective Program Registration and Meaningful Use Attestation.
• Coordinate responses to federal audits by providing supporting data regarding Meaningful Use and Program Eligibility.
• Develop revenue projections based on provider registration, participation rates, and Meaningful Use achievement.
• Maintain an electronic information system to capture provider program participation and Meaningful Use data.
• Produce weekly and monthly project management reports detailing accomplishments, issues, task progression, and resource impacts for executive-level review.

Required Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in good standing.
• 10 years of experience in Government, Legislative, or Health Industry projects.
• 10 years of experience using Microsoft Project to track and maintain projects.
• 10 years of experience developing detailed project plans and work breakdown structures.
• 10 years of experience leading project teams to meet specific objectives.
• 2 years of experience with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Electronic Health Record Incentive Program.
• 2 years of experience with Enrollment and Meaningful Use Attestation of Eligible Providers.
• 2 years of experience managing federal audits related to the Electronic Health Record Incentive Program.
• Proficiency with Medicare and Microsoft Office applications.
