Description

You will manage Blood Bank operations and blood collection protocols for the 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM shift.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical blood bank procedures and testing with high accuracy.
• Execute blood collection protocols following strict safety and standard practices.
• Maintain daily laboratory workflows and manage workload during evening hours.
• Ensure compliance with standard laboratory safety and quality guidelines.

Required Skills

• Hands-on expertise in Blood Bank operations and testing.
• Proficiency in blood collection techniques and protocols.
• Strong general laboratory skills and attention to detail.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical laboratory experience.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate-level qualification.
