Description

Provide direct clinical support and daily living care for patients in a psychiatric setting.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct care including bathing, dressing, feeding, and repositioning bedridden patients.
• Monitor and record vital signs and blood pressure accurately in patient charts.
• Execute emergency responses including CPR, the Heimlich maneuver, and patient rescue during emergencies.
• Utilize verbal de-escalation techniques to manage agitated patients and perform patient rounds.
• Maintain patient environments by cleaning, sanitizing areas, changing linens, and restocking supplies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in patient care.
• Proficiency in performing the Heimlich maneuver and CPR.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients using wheelchairs, sliding boards, or other equipment.
• Physical capability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform repetitive bending, stooping, and walking.
• Ability to work 13-hour shifts on a 3-3 rotation, including every other weekend and mandatory overtime.
• Any Graduate degree.
