Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions to automate risk management processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions to streamline risk management workflows.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM modules, specifically Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical ServiceNow configurations.
• Ensure all implementations align with industry best practices and compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on IRM modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and HTML.
• Deep understanding of risk management concepts and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM, Risk Management, and compliance workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance.
