Description

You will manage and optimize meeting room environments to ensure seamless collaboration through Microsoft Teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain meeting room hardware, software, and audiovisual equipment.
• Manage Microsoft Teams Rooms with various operating systems and camera technologies.
• Define and maintain A/V standards for boardrooms, meeting rooms, focus rooms, and digital signage.
• Lead projects involving new builds, annual device lifecycles, and version control or patch management.
• Conduct user training sessions and maintain documentation for configurations and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in meeting room setup and audiovisual equipment maintenance.
• Expertise in Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro management and proficiency with Teams Rooms Admin Center.
• Hands-on experience managing Boardrooms, Meeting Rooms, Focus Rooms, and Digital Signage.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Experience working with third-party AV specialists and hardware vendors.
• Ability to track and report on A/V roadmap technologies to executives.
• Graduate degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Teams Pro or related technologies.
