Description

Lead the statewide implementation of the Medical Examiner Information System (MEIS).

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from planning to post-deployment support.
• Direct project scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor management.
• Create implementation plans covering change management, testing, and stakeholder engagement.
• Co-develop training programs and oversee help desk support for end-users.
• Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts on workflows and system enhancement roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in project management, including planning and execution.
• 7+ years leading large-scale system implementations (healthcare or public sector preferred).
• 7+ years managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
• 7+ years proficiency in change management methodologies.
• 7+ years experience developing training programs.
• Familiarity with medical examiner case management systems or similar technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or relevant field.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
