Description

You will own the enhancement of CI/CD processes by analyzing current workflows and identifying areas for improvement.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in implementing code changes within CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to increase developer productivity.
• Document CI/CD processes, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder transparency.
• Set and achieve measurable goals for reducing pipeline errors and deployment times.
• Engage with security and engineering teams to ensure secure code development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience managing or leading a mid-size engineering team.
• Proficiency with build and package management tools (Maven, Gradle, NPM, PIP).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline management using Jenkins or CircleCI.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with version control systems, specifically Git and GitHub workflows.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive continuous process improvement.
