Description

You build and optimize monitoring, observability, and automation software using ML, analytics, and cloud-native paradigms. You lead a small team of UI and backend engineers to deliver scalable features.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable, fault-tolerant services for on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Build and optimize distributed systems capable of handling large data volumes.
• Improve performance and scalability across various system stack components.
• Lead a small team of UI and backend engineers to deliver software features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale software applications.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python, Golang, and Java.
• Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization, containerization, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and hybrid software deployment architectures.
• Understanding of datacenter design, including compute, storage, and networking.
• Experience designing and tuning high-performance system software.
