Description

You will focus on the design and analysis of memory circuits with an emphasis on SRAM performance and quality.

Responsibilities

• Design high speed and low power CMOS circuits.
• Manage clocking schemes and both static and complex logic circuits.
• Evaluate Power versus Performance versus Area trade-offs in CMOS design.
• Execute SRAM and memory design margin, characterization, and related quality checks.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in SRAM or memory design.
• Strong understanding of CMOS transistors and their behaviors.
• Proficiency in CMOS circuit design.
• Knowledge of computer architecture and core concepts.
• Experience with embedded systems.
• Ability to manage design trade-offs between power, performance, and area.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills.
