Description

You will design and analyze high-speed, low-power CMOS memory circuits, focusing on SRAM performance and quality.

Responsibilities

• Design high-speed and low-power CMOS circuits, including complex logic and clocking schemes.
• Evaluate Power, Performance, and Area (PPA) trade-offs during the design phase.
• Execute SRAM and memory design margin, characterization, and quality checks.
• Analyze CMOS transistor behaviors to optimize circuit reliability.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in SRAM or memory design.
• Proficiency in CMOS circuit design and transistor-level analysis.
• Strong understanding of computer architecture and core concepts.
• Experience with embedded systems.
• Ability to manage design trade-offs between power, performance, and area.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills.
