Description

You will design and analyze memory circuits with a focus on SRAM performance and quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute SRAM and memory design tasks, including margin analysis and characterization.
• Perform quality checks on memory circuits to ensure design integrity.
• Manage trade-offs between power, performance, and area in CMOS designs.
• Implement high-speed and low-power CMOS circuit designs and clocking schemes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in SRAM or memory design.
• Deep understanding of CMOS transistors and their behaviors.
• Experience with static and complex logic circuits.
• Knowledge of computer architecture and core concepts.
• Practical understanding of CMOS circuit design for high speed and low power.
• Proficiency in circuit design and embedded systems.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
