Description

You will lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Mendix applications, managing the end-to-end development lifecycle from code merging to production deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business processes into functional technical specifications and ensure adherence to established design principles.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including code merging and deploying applications from PreProd to Prod.
• Perform application troubleshooting, debugging, and implement hotfixes to resolve critical issues.
• Assess existing applications for performance, architecture improvements, and development best practices.
• Prepare release notes for production deployments and mentor team members on Mendix standards.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development.
• 2-3 years of direct, hands-on experience working with Mendix.
• Mendix Certified Intermediate Developer certification or higher.
• Strong proficiency with Mendix Studio Pro for application design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript for custom logic and widget development.
• Experience delivering web application projects and troubleshooting performance issues.
• Practical experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Any Graduate degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
