Description

You will build and maintain strategic business systems for risk and investment technology using Mendix, Python, and SQL.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Solve business needs within the risk and investments domain using Mendix, Python, and SQL.
• Apply modern SDLC principles, including test-driven development and source code reviews.
• Maintain compliance with policies through strict change control standards.
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems and collaborate with stakeholders to reach consensus on key decisions.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of recent experience in Python or Java.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with AWS services including Cloud9 IDE, EC2, Lambda, Redshift, Aurora, and Secret Manager.
• Knowledge of SDLC processes.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Rapid Application Developer Mendix certification.
• Familiarity with React UI framework and UX improvement.
• 2-5 years of experience in financial services with knowledge of Bonds, Loans, or Mortgage-backed securities.
