Description

You will lead the design, development, and delivery of Mendix applications while managing the assigned development team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Mendix applications following internal best practices.
• Customize functionality using widgets, microflows, and JavaScript actions.
• Integrate applications with external systems via APIs and web services.
• Lead the team, manage delivery, and report to senior IT leadership.
• Perform code reviews and ensure code quality and unit testing standards.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of total software development experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Mendix application development.
• Proven experience in leading projects and managing development teams.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Ability to work in an onsite-offshore model.

Preferred Skills

• Mendix Advanced Developer Certification or Expert Developer Certification.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing.
