Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Mendix applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction of Mendix projects and ensure application scalability.
• Perform hands-on development using Mendix Studio Pro and Mendix Studio.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers on Mendix best practices and code quality.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Mendix application development.
• Strong proficiency in Mendix Studio Pro and Mendix Studio.
• Experience leading development teams and setting technical direction.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
