Description

You will manage on-site MEP construction activities from installation through the start of production in Bowling Green, KY.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction, scheduling trade contractors, utilities, structures, and vendor tool installations.
• Drive the project schedule and escalate construction issues to management.
• Develop logistics and operational plans, including Quality Assurance Inspections.
• Enforce state and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Perform daily and weekly site progress reports and maintain organized fabrication areas and material storage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of construction experience involving electrical, instrumentation, or MEP systems.
• Proven experience as a Superintendent on industrial facility construction, Brownfield projects, building renovations, or tenant improvements.
• Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and environmental regulations including NEC and NFPA 70E.
• Ability to interpret construction design documents and provide constructability feedback.
• OSHA 30 certification and current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, office email systems, and scheduling tools.
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams under tight timelines.
