Description

You will lead the design and execution of MEP services for commercial and industrial projects while managing a regional team of engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEP design, 3rd party commissioning, risk assessments, due diligence, audits, and IST works.
• Review design drawings, load analyses, electrical load lists, MD calculations, single line diagrams, and HVAC schematics.
• Direct the preparation of DBR, concept design reports, circuitries, and layouts for power, lighting, ducting, FAPA, sprinklers, and plumbing.
• Act as the regional point of escalation to ensure project delivery meets client requirements and timelines.
• Oversee project milestones, billing cycles, expenses, and technical submittals.
• Develop business opportunities by maintaining relationships with architects, PMCs, cost consultants, and clients.
• Mentor and groom supporting engineers and manage day-to-day project reporting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in MEP Design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks, and MS Projects.
• Experience using ETAP and various lighting software tools.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP service codes and reference guides.
• Ability to manage large-scale power, small power, and HVAC schematic designs.
• Proven experience in team management and technical query resolution.
• Strong organizational, time management, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
