Description

You will lead MEP design and execution for commercial and industrial projects while managing a regional engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEP design, third-party commissioning, risk assessments, due diligence, and audits.
• Review design drawings, load analyses, electrical load lists, MD calculations, single line diagrams, and HVAC schematics.
• Direct preparation of DBR, concept design reports, circuitries, and layouts for power, lighting, ducting, FAPA, sprinklers, and plumbing.
• Oversee project milestones, billing cycles, expenses, and technical submittals as the regional escalation point.
• Mentor supporting engineers and manage day-to-day project reporting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in MEP Design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Experience with MS Projects for scheduling and management.
• Proficiency in ETAP and various lighting software tools.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP service codes and reference guides.
• Ability to manage large-scale power, small power, and HVAC schematic designs.
• Proven experience in team management and technical query resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IST works.
