Description

You will lead the execution and management of MEP design services for commercial and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the MEP design lifecycle, including 3rd party commissioning, risk assessments, due diligence, audits, and IST works.
• Review design drawings, load analyses, electrical load lists, MD calculations, single line diagrams, and HVAC schematics.
• Oversee the preparation and review of DBR, concept design reports, circuitries, and layouts for power, lighting, ducting, FAPA, sprinklers, and plumbing.
• Act as the regional escalation point, driving the execution team to meet client requirements, project milestones, and timelines.
• Direct the design team, assign responsibilities to supporting managers, and mentor engineers to ensure quality and technical accuracy.
• Coordinate with architects, PMCs, cost consultants, and contractors to manage project requirements and business development.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in MEP Design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Experience using MS Projects, ETAP, and Lighting Software.
• Ability to review RCP layouts, technical submittals, and as-fitted documents.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP service codes and reference guides.
• Proven ability to manage project billing cycles, expenses, and documentation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
• Any Graduate degree.
