Description

You will lead the planning, design, and implementation of MEP systems for large-scale new build and milestone projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans covering scope, budget, and timelines in collaboration with architects and engineers.
• Oversee procurement of materials and services to ensure compliance with project specifications and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and conduct site inspections to ensure construction meets quality standards and safety regulations.
• Implement quality assurance processes and maintain all project documentation, including progress reports and change requests.
• Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of MEP-focused experience.
• Proven track record in project management for large works or new build projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for creating single and multi-project plans.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate complex multi-project schedules to operations teams for coordination.
• Experience conducting feasibility studies and site assessments to mitigate risks.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the financial industry or Data Center environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
