Description

You will design and architect scalable, secure web applications using the MERN stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development of complex features, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with product managers and UI/UX designers.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams to ensure code quality and performance.
• Conduct code reviews, identify improvements, and mentor team members.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to implement deployment strategies and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in web development with expertise in the MERN stack.
• Deep understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, including ES6+ and functional programming concepts.
• Experience designing and implementing complex, scalable web applications.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and agile methodologies.
• Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Strong architectural design skills and ability to evaluate technical trade-offs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UI/UX principles.
