MERN Stack Delivery Lead

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex enterprise applications using the MERN stack.

Responsibilities

• Guide architecture and technology decisions while ensuring the quality of all deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews and implement best practices for maintainability.
• Manage technical delivery through sprint planning, story grooming, and estimation in an Agile environment.
• Bridge communication between onshore and offshore teams to align technical solutions with business requirements.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance to foster professional growth.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Extensive experience with backend development using NodeJS.
• Strong proficiency in both MySQL and MongoDB databases.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with system monitoring tools and infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage large-scale information systems.
• Experience working on customer-facing, high-performance application systems.
• Knowledge of Unit Test frameworks.
