Description

Develop production-ready MERN applications and mentor developers in modern web practices, including Next.js, authentication, and Git workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production-ready web applications using the MERN stack.
• Mentor learners on clean coding, debugging, and Git/GitHub workflows.
• Train developers in Next.js concepts, including App Router, Server/Client Components, and API routes.
• Guide implementation of authentication systems using JWT and API security best practices.
• Teach React.js and React Hooks fundamentals.

Required Skills

• 2-3+ years of professional experience in MERN stack and Next.js development.
• Strong command of React.js and React Hooks.
• Experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Proficiency with MongoDB.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Implementation experience with JWT for authentication.
• Proficiency in Git version control.
