MERN Stack Developer

Job Scope

We are seeking an experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in developing web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

1. Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications using the MERN stack.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
3. Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
4. Troubleshooting and debugging applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
5. Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to other team members.
6. Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in web development.
7. Mentoring junior developers and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualification and Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on MERN stack development.

Knowledge and Skills

1. Proficiency in  JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
2. Strong understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, React Flow, Typescript, and Node.js.
3. Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
4. Knowledge of modern front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material-UI and responsive design.
5. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
7. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
8. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
