Description

You will build interactive consumer data systems and abstract them to the UI via a Node.js backend.

Responsibilities

• Build interactive consumer data from multiple systems and provide RESTful abstraction to the UI.
• Define code architecture decisions to support scalable products with a minimal footprint.
• Address and improve technical issues within the stack.
• Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and data specialists to design efficient systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a MEAN Stack Developer.
• In-depth knowledge of NodeJS, ExpressJS, or Restify.
• Experience implementing applications using Angular or React.
• Experience creating front-end applications using HTML5, Angular, and LESS/SASS.
• Hands-on JavaScript development experience on both client and server-side.
• Minimum one year of experience with the MEAN fullstack paradigm and modern design patterns.
• Proficiency with HTML5, Angular, Less, JSON, JavaScript, JQuery, XML, SVN, and Git.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a similar relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with consumer web development for high-traffic, public-facing applications.
• Experience with cloud technologies.
• Experience creating secure RESTful-based web services and using Jenkins or Hudson for continuous integration.
