Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Lead solution design discussions and establish coding standards.
• Build secure, scalable, and responsive UI components.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Conduct code reviews and support team members in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Expert proficiency in MongoDB.
• Strong command of Express.js and Node.js.
• Deep experience with React.js.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub workflows.
• Experience designing scalable systems.
• Ability to utilize AI tools like GitHub Copilot for development acceleration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior developers.
• Background in Agile methodologies.
