Description

Lead the development, maintenance, and release of web applications using the MERN stack while mentoring the team and managing production systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor development teams in production environments.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Manage and support live production systems, debugging and resolving issues in real time.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes within Azure.
• Model and manage data using MongoDB and NoSQL principles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience operating as a Team Lead.
• Expertise in React (70% focus) and solid Node.js/TypeScript back-end skills (30% focus).
• Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
• Practical experience with Azure cloud services, including build and deployment pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of MongoDB and NoSQL data modeling.
• Experience supporting and debugging high-traffic or enterprise web applications.
