Description

Lead technical development and manage a team of engineers using the MERN or LAMP stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team through complex development cycles.
• Design and implement REST/GraphQL APIs and message queues.
• Optimize application performance through caching and efficient code structures.
• Apply design patterns and OOPs principles to ensure scalable architecture.
• Manage database integration using ORM and RDBMS.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency with Node.js and the MERN/LAMP stack.
• Hands-on experience with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) and RDBMS.
• Experience implementing REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Practical knowledge of Message Queues and Caching mechanisms.
• Strong understanding of Design Patterns and OOPs.
• Technical expertise in cloud services including AWS or GCP.
• Proven experience in team leadership and management.

Preferred Skills

• Technical writing or relevant industry certifications.
