Description

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of MES implementation and upgrade projects within Life Science and Healthcare sectors. Lead IT projects through the full SDLC, from requirement gathering to qualification and final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Execute system administration tasks including user, terminal, printer, and system configuration management.
• Deliver ITSM services including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release management.
• Integrate MES with Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 systems such as SAP ERP, OSI PI, and LIMS.
• Analyze technical requirements and collaborate with customers to define project scope and plans.
• Apply Computer Systems Validation, 21CFR Part 11, cGMP, GAMP, and EU Annex 11 standards.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with AspenTech MES (V11, V12, V14).
• Hands-on experience with Aspen Manufacturing Suite, Infoplus.21 Plant Historian, APRM (Batch Historian), and APEM (eBRS).
• Proficiency with Kepware OPC and PAS-X (3.1.8, 3.2) including weighing, dispensing, equipment management, and MBR/EBR design.
• Experience with Siemens Opcenter MES and Werum PAS-X.
• Strong knowledge of ISA88 and ISA95 standards.
• Practical experience in Pharmaceutical GxP project implementation and validation.
• Technical proficiency in SQL and SDLC.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Formal qualifications in PMP or ITIL.
