Description

You will manage the product backlog and drive iterative feature delivery within a two-week sprint cadence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Groom and prioritize the product backlog by evaluating business value and ROI.
• Define sprint backlogs and goals while ensuring transparency across the product owner team.
• Break down features into actionable stories deliverable within 10-day windows.
• Coordinate interteam dependencies and conduct sprint reviews to address blockers and achievements.
• Collaborate with UX to validate visual designs and use user feedback to improve usability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Product Owner expertise.
• Industrial Engineering background.
• Product Design Engineering.
• Experience with AR/VR/MR technologies.
• Ability to create nonfunctional requirements and perform business process evaluations.
• Track and report product performance using Google Analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex interteam dependencies.
