Description

You will manage and implement MES systems within semiconductor manufacturing environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct testing phases including UAT, Integration, and System testing for MES modules and data integration.
• Develop test cases and data to verify software changes while acting as a liaison between developers and users.
• Manage defect triage calls with vendors to ensure timely resolution and track defects to closure.
• Collaborate with IT portfolio managers and PMs to co-develop MES roadmaps and drive features from concept to launch.
• Conduct systems analysis to recommend operational and business process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Proven experience in MES implementation, management, and module functionality.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Service Now, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall software development lifecycles.
• Proficiency in UAT, Integration, and System testing.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with end-to-end MES implementations and understanding the full flow from ERP and PLM to MES.
• Proficiency in MES-ERP integration.
