Description

You will support business process analysis and requirements gathering for Medicaid Enterprise IT systems, ensuring alignment with CMS certification standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document state-specific outcome statements and KPIs to meet CMS expectations.
• Compose certification evidence packages and review system demonstrations to verify compliance criteria.
• Support the MITA 3.0 State Self-Assessment by mapping MES requirements to CMS MITA Business Processes and Capabilities Matrices.
• Manage and recommend evidence from implemented solutions to satisfy CMS Certification requirements.
• Educate project teams and stakeholders on the CMS certification process and KPI development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT business process analysis or requirements gathering.
• Direct experience with CMS Certification processes.
• Experience with MITA 3.0 frameworks, including SS-A reports and maturity level mapping.
• Ability to develop and manage KPIs and state-specific outcome statements.
• Experience mapping business processes to CMS MITA Business Processes and Business Capabilities Matrices.
• Capability to write technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Graduate degree in a relevant field.
