Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning design and execution of test strategies for MES solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the development of comprehensive test plans and test cases leveraging expertise in POMSnet to ensure thorough coverage.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and business analysts to identify and resolve defects efficiently.
• Drive the implementation of automated testing frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor and report on testing progress providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing methodologies and processes.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to improve product quality and performance.
• Facilitate regular testing reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and optimize testing workflows.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure testing timelines align with overall project schedules and deliverables.
• Utilize domain expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems to identify potential risks and mitigate them proactively.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies.

Experience Required: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing with a focus on MES solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks, excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, and keen attention to detail for thorough testing and defect identification
