Description

You will design, develop, and implement MES solutions aligned with ISA-95 standards.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in full lifecycle MES implementations, covering requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Configure and customize Apriso using Process Builder, Desktop Client, and Global Process Manager (GPM).
  • Develop and customize front-end and back-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and C#.
  • Design, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects (SSMS / Oracle).
  • Perform system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and log analysis to resolve production issues.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
  • Strong expertise in ISA-95 architecture and MES design.
  • Proven experience with DELMIA Apriso full lifecycle implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with Apriso tools: Process Builder, Desktop Client, Global Process Manager (GPM).
  • Experience across Apriso modules: Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Time & Labor.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and C#.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in SSMS and Oracle.
  • Reporting experience using SSRS or Apriso Dashboard Builder.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.
