Description

You will design, develop, and implement Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions aligned with ISA-95 standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle MES implementations, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Configure and customize DELMIA Apriso using Process Builder, Desktop Client, and Global Process Manager (GPM).
• Develop and customize front-end and back-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and C#.
• Design, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects in SSMS and Oracle.
• Perform system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and log analysis to resolve production issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Strong expertise in ISA-95 architecture and MES design.
• Proven experience with DELMIA Apriso full lifecycle implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Apriso tools: Process Builder, Desktop Client, Global Process Manager (GPM).
• Experience across Apriso modules: Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Time & Labor.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and C#.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in SSMS and Oracle.
• Reporting experience using SSRS or Apriso Dashboard Builder.
