Description

You will develop and extend MES solutions to support manufacturing business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional or technical solutions by mapping processes to IT capabilities.
• Perform Fit-Gap assessments for MES functionalities and conduct impact assessments for change management.
• Integrate MES solutions with control systems and automation hardware.
• Support production, quality, inventory, and maintenance capabilities through software customization.

Required Skills

• 5-12 years of experience in manufacturing industry domains.
• Proficiency in .NET and SQL.
• Experience with MES implementation using COTS tools such as Apriso, Simatic IT, GE Proficy, SAP ME/MII, or Rockwell.
• Knowledge of MES customization, extensions, and ISA95 / MESA standards.
• Hands-on experience with OPC-UA and PLC/SCADA interfacing.
• Experience integrating Siemens, Rockwell, or Mitsubishi systems.
• Understanding of ITSM processes and Agile frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of control systems automation and its integration with MES.
