Description

You will design, develop, and implement MES solutions to support manufacturing and business processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions using Siemens Opcenter MOM, Opcenter EX DS, IPL, MOM Connect, or Mendix.
• Manage the full SDLC including planning, architecting, configuring, testing, and multi-site rollouts.
• Handle incident, problem, service request, and change management to ensure application availability and SLA compliance.
• Analyze techno-functional requirements to provide solutions for complex business problems and impact assessments.
• Coordinate with manufacturing sites to contextualize shop floor operations and interface with digital manufacturing initiatives.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in MES development and implementation.
• Extensive experience with Client Proficy Manufacturing Suite, including Plant Application, Historian, IGS, and Kepware.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Strong .NET scripting capabilities.
• Experience with OPC interfaces and SQL databases.
• Deep understanding of ISA-95 and MESA standards.
• Knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes and functions like Inventory, Quality, and Order Management.
• Experience managing global rollouts and cross-functional team coordination.
• Ability to work with battery manufacturing or automobile-specific KPIs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Siemens OpCenter Discrete.
• Background in automobile industry MES deployment.
