Description

You will design and configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR) within MES systems to support pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create business process flow diagrams for pharmaceutical product recipes based on paper batch records or source documents.
• Gather site-specific requirements to develop User Requirement Specifications (URS) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).
• Develop EBR design elements and workflows to standardize and expedite recipe creation.
• Integrate MES with SAP and other automation systems using standard interface components.
• Lead recipe design sessions with SMEs and create solution design and configuration documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in MES and EBR design.
• Proven experience with Gene Therapy, Vaccine Manufacturing, or Biotech manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration.
• Ability to configure master data across Development, Quality, and Production environments.
• Experience designing equipment workflows and status diagrams.
• Background in pharmaceutical packaging processes.
