Description

You will support manufacturing applications, troubleshoot incidents, and develop solutions using C# and Python.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for plant applications, primarily Camstar and ONEMES, resolving incidents and restoring service.
• Develop IT solutions, modify existing software, and troubleshoot code in C# and Python using Visual Studio.
• Maintain data integrity in Oracle-based environments by writing SQL queries to validate data and root-cause issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and provide training to end users.
• Coordinate with IT, engineering, and operations stakeholders to prioritize issues and improve processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting business or manufacturing applications.
• Proficiency in C# and Python for reading, analyzing, and modifying code.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases, specifically Oracle, and ability to write SQL.
• Experience with Visual Studio and Microsoft Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MES platforms like Camstar or similar manufacturing systems.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, MS SharePoint, XML, and software QA processes.
• Understanding of production workflows, routing, and WIP tracking.
