Description

You will own process design, system integrations, and deployments for MES and SCADA environments in a manufacturing setting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to resolve system issues and meet project deadlines.
• Execute configuration updates and deployments on the MES system.
• Define, manage, and report the MES budget for capital and expenses.
• Coordinate design reviews with vendors, designers, and stakeholders.
• Execute training plans and prepare manufacturing document specifications for new processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing with experience leading new process setups.
• Solid engineering system experience with MES and SCADA.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, including performing validation queries.
• Experience with ERP systems and simulation software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software like MiniTab or MATLAB.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Experience in Automotive or high volume manufacturing industries.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical documentation and reporting.
